CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
We prefer at least 72HRS NOTICE for cancelling/rescheduling whenever possible. Cancellation or rescheduling within 48hrs will result in a fee. We've been as mindful as possible implementing this policy and are of course sensitive to illness and emergencies, however we no longer offer a grace period before enforcing this policy. No exceptions. It is in place to protect our stylists who work solely on commission.
